I don't know how I'm finding the time to write in here! The holidays are always so busy at St. Mungo's! There are just so many accidents happening, I'm on my feet all day dealing trying to help out with the overflow on other floors. Pomfrey, who just so happens to be my boss! It's such a small world, but she's a great healer, I learn so much from her. Though, I do miss my favorite patient around this time of year, of course I'm glad he's was able to go back home and is now walking! He was just a ray of sunshine in the ward! Ernie you have tell William that I'll be over with his Christmas gift tomorrow! Don't tell him, but I made a photo album of his days here! I know he'll love it!
Don't worry though, I have Christmas gifts for the rest of my patients! I couldn't just favor one over the others, they all need my support! I also have Christmas gifts for my friends, I hope they make up for last Christmas! They should though, since I included last years gifts! Oh! I received a sort of early gift from my little brother, it's so amazing! It turns out I'm not the only one in my family with magical abilities! Jonas has started showing his own talents for magic! He's still so little though, only four years old! I just know he'll get into lots of mischief at school now! Let's hope he doesn't cause too many problems for the teachers!
Anyways, I need to go get ready for the Bachelor Auction! I had to rush home from work to get ready and here I am writing! Oh well! It won't hurt to be a little late! I already have this great new dress I bought last week for it! Does anyone want to meet up there? It would be great to sit with some former school chums! I don't see that much of most of you anymore with my long hours! We should use this a chance to catch up! |

I had been planning to sleep in today when I was awoken by a sharp tapping on my window at exactly 10:10. When I opened the window a little owl flew in a dropped a parcel on my bed before flying out again chased by Yuffie. Of course then I had to run to catch Yuffie before she jumped out the window trying to get to the owl. I was hoping to get back to sleep but then Brigitte's and Albert's new American girlfriend Sharon dragged me out to go shopping. Which is what I'm currently doing, but people are starring at me because I'm using a quill, but I don't care because we're getting ice cream in a few hours.
Oh I've got to go we're leaving the shop now, you know Sharon buys a lot, her hands are already full of bags. |

I've been forced into the hospital wing! Those healers told me I'm a risk to the rest of the population so I have to lay in an uncomfortable bed until I'm better.
BUT I'M WORRIED ABOUT ARIELLE! I THOUGHT SHE WOULD BE IN HERE BUT I CAN'T SEE HER EVEN THOUGH I'M STANDING ON MY BED.
Oh that wasn't such a good idea, I feel like I'm going to faint |

I've had a headache for the past week and it just won't go away. Everytime I close my eyes I see a thousand blinking lights. Even just writing a few sentences hurt, I've been holed up in my bed and I think I'm going be sick...

Yesterday I was sitting with Arielle eating breakfast when Wayne came and sat beside us, he had a hickey on the side of his neck. When Arielle started interrogating him he claimed a rabid squirrel had attacked him, but I looked over at the Ravenclaw table and Mandy had on a scarf. It was a really pretty scarf in lavender, lavender is my favorite color. I wonder if Wayne gave it to her? Wayne did you give it to her?
But then after he started eating an owl came and dropped a package in his eggs. It was my Mum's owl, I think that Brigette had painted his nails pink. Well anyways the package for me and it was nice little care package.... well it was a nice package until I discovered a box condoms in it with a note attached saying they were for Wayne and his girlfriend. Arielle thought it was hilarious and grabbed the package before taking one out and charming it to float over Mandy's table. Wayne turned five shades pink, I'd say he was a lovely magenta by the time Mandy came over with it in her hand.
Of course she didn't look that amused when she came over and asked if they had to use that now. Wayne then got this big Cheshire cat grin on his face and wasn't ashamed to suggest that they go at it right at that moment. Then she pouted and said that Arielle was there, I thought was quite obvious since Arielle was about to hyperventilate from laughing. But Wayne just asked what was she talking about so she sighed and said she was going to throw it at Arielle's forehead. Then Arielle fell out of her seat laughing, I went over to help her up when I heard Wayne shake the box and say how they had a whole box more and they should go use them right away. She seemed to agree but the only thing she asked was to throw one at Michael.
But that's not important, what is important is that I've decided that Arielle should send me a howler. I've never gotten one and everyone else has so I think it's only fair that she send me one. |

Today Arielle and I skipped our classes to go on a magical adventure to find a unicorn in the school. We woke up quite early and headed down to breakfast stuffing ourselves full on eggs and toast before heading off. It took quite a bit of maneuvering to avoid Zach, he's quite funny to watch when he yells at the younger years though. I stood there for a good five minutes watching him before Arielle realized I wasn't with her and came to get me.
It was hard traveling though, what with all the dust and spiderwebs we came across. Quite often I wondered off in the direction of a shiny suit of armor, Arielle then yelled at me and told me to stay by her side. She even held my hand after I went off again, but that time it was because of some lovely young bloke in a painting was trying to flirt with me. He was very kind and complimented the necklaces I was wearing. OH ARIELLE I HAVE A CANDY NECKLACE FOR YOU!
We soon took a break for lunch and sat under a table on the fifth floor eating peanut butter and brown sugar sandwiches. I had asked some very nice random house elf to make them for me, it was quite nice and even put milk in there. I think it put milk in there since it knows I don't like pumpkin juice. Then for dessert we had some chocolate from my bag, my bag had everything we needed in there. It had candy, chocolate, parchment, and a book on unicorns. It was a very pretty book I borrowed from the library, it had a dark purple cover with silver gilding on it.... I think it's overdue though, last time I went in I was lectured at by Madame Pince.
We spent all day searching for one but reluctantly we had to give up and head to dinner, also our stomachs started growling so Arielle said it was time to end the search. We then bid farewell to the adventure and headed to the Great Hall for dinner. At least it was a good dinner though. |
